Mules on road tonight against Adna
The Wahkiakum Mules will head to Chehalis tonight (Thursday) to play the Adna Pirates.
The venue is a change from Wahkiakum High School. The game was originally scheduled at Adna but after the flooding earlier this month, the game was rescheduled for WHS with the January date to be at Adna.
Now, Adna school officials have learned they won't be able to use their gym at all this season.
"So they are now scrambling to find gym space for their home games," said WHS athletic director Bob Garrett.
"Originally our boys’ basketball game scheduled for this Thursday was supposed to be at Adna. It then got changed to a home game for us. It is now being changed again. We will not have a home boys game this Thursday. Instead our boys are going to play Adna this Thursday at WF West in Chehalis."
