Full time, permanent position coordinating the Wahkiakum on the Move transit project for Wahkiakum County Health & Human Services. This position is responsible for supervising all daily activities of the project including: scheduling drivers and vehicles, billing contracts, drafting grant proposals, meeting with local and regional partners in transportation and social services, developing and monitoring routes, equipment purchase and maintenance, staff supervision, managing customer complaint process. This position requires frequent direct service/driving time. The successful candidate will be self motivated with excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills. Reports directly to the Human Services Manager. Pay is between $35-45,000 annualized dependent on experience. The office will be open with summer hours each Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. until further notice.
Veterans needing help obtaining military service records and/or understanding veterans benefits programs are encouraged to visit.
