We would like to thank everyone who shared this difficult time with us during the passing of our husband and father, Mike. We have been overwhelmed by the kindness and compassion we have received. Our heartfelt thank you goes out to all who attended the funeral and memorial services and who brought food, called us, donated to charities in Mike’s name, send cards, cried tears and gave hugs. We have all felt your embraces and it has brought us comfort.
We would like to offer a special thank you to Pastor Carol Plummer and the members of the Stella Chapel, Fred Johnson for leading the Memorial Service, Judy Peters for her beautiful music, Gordie and Marsha Souvenir for their extra help, Leota Brisco and Janet Bryan for the cookies and their help at the Memorial Service, Stephanie Olsen from Steele Funeral home for her support and our Family/Friends on “Liberty Hill.”
Mike was a fun-loving, caring and giving person and we will miss him. He will always be in our hearts. Bless you all for your kindness.

The family of Evelyn Blix wishes to thank those who have visited and cared for Mom over the years. We thank those who tended her at the Cathlamet Nursing Home, Delaware Assisted Living and Hospice. Special thanks are offered to Pastor Ryan Frank, Pastor Don Hagner, and the friends at Heritage Bible Church and Calvary Baptist Church and to Stephanie Olsen. We appreciate all the prayers, visits, phone calls, flowers, food, and memorial gifts given. The list would be too long to list everyone individually… It was a beautiful memorial service.
