No. 18-25 Notice of Availability and Public Comment for the Draft 2018-2022 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Kelso, WA - The Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Council of Governments (CWCOG) invites the public to comment on the draft 2018-2022 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The (CEDS) provides a capacity building foundation by which the regions can create an environment for economic prosperity. An approved CEDS document is required for the formation of a new Economic Development District and will be developed with public input. The CEDS is updated every year with a new CEDS document required every five years. The draft 2018-2022 CEDS will be available online at http://www.cwcog.org or by request at: CWCOG at Administration Annex/207 North 4th Ave, Kelso, WA 98626 (360) 577-3041, beginning February 20, 2018.
