In addition to our guest chef for the dinner, Nick Nicholas, we will also have his right hand man in the kitchen with him. Nick Nicholas II will give his dad a hand with preparation for the meal. He also knows his stuff when it comes to food, as he was the longtime owner of the Brickyard Bar and Grill in Tacoma. These two fine gentlemen are Penny Gregory’s dad and brother. Please give them a heads up and a thank you for this fundraising dinner.
