NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Public Meetings will be held in conjunction with the processing, tabulation, canvassing and certification of election returns for the School District #155 and #200 Special Election to be held on February 9, 2010 in Wahkiakum County, Washington. The times, dates, location and purpose of each meeting are listed below:

Jan. 8th-Feb. 24th    Daily Processing of Ballots
8:00 am-4:00pm

Feb. 1st    Logic & Accuracy Test
2:00pm    of Voting System

Feb. 4th & Feb. 9th    Processing of Ballots &
8:00am-4:00pm    Training for Observers

Feb. 9th    Tabulation of Ballots
1:00pm   

Feb. 24th    Canvass of Special & Challenged
1:00pm    Ballots and Certification of Elections
