The Lower Columbia College Symphonic Band will present “Uncommon Women” on March 6, featuring works by prominent and often pioneering—women composers.
Dawn Weiss, who recently retired as principal flutist for the Oregon Symphony, is featured soloist. The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Columbia Theatre for the Performing Arts, on Vandercook Way in Longview.
