Wahkiakum Networking Café is coming up on June 4 from 6–8 p.m. at the River Street Meeting Room.
The networking café will replace the regular Network board meeting for March, June, September, and December.

It offers an opportunity to gather professional expertise, data, and parent and citizen perspectives to assess the effectiveness of, and potential improvements to services and other efforts affecting individuals, families, and the community.

By participating in the Networking Cafe, the efforts of local people can:
• Make improvements to local strategies and actions, and build the capacity of the community to solve interrelated social problems;
• Network with professionals, including state agency representatives, to make adjustments in the way they work, or the work they do;
• Recommend more flexibility in the use of state and/or federal funds or law.
Wahkiakum Community Network will host the event. A free meal will be provided catered by the Down Town Gallery and Coffee House.

Contact Lia Sealund by e-mailing at wahkiakum@centurytel.net, or calling 360-795-8040 to confirm your participation to ensure sufficient catering and seating for this event by May 31.
