The Annual Buzzard's Breath Chili Cook-off will be held this Friday at the Elochoman Slough Marina in Cathlamet. A prize will be given for the chili judged to be the best.
The cook-off will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with activities including a tortilla throwing contest, live music and a cow plop raffle. Tickets for the raffle can be purchased at the Lower Columbia EDC office, 102 Main Street, Suite 203 in Cathlamet or at the Cook-Off. There will also be a beer garden for those over 21.
