St. James Family Center's Play and Learn group will be starting next month.
The group will meet on the first and third Friday of each month at the St. James Episcopal Church from 10 a.m. to noon. The Rosburg group will continue to meet at the Rosburg School/JohnsonPark Building on Fridays at 9:30 a.m.
Play and Learn groups are for parents and guardians with children five years and under. Each meeting includes a topic for discussion, as well as activities and snacks for the children.
The first meeting will be an open house format on September 7 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The meeting will be a chance to learn about the program at the Family Center and plans for the upcoming year. The first regular meeting will be on September 21.
