Holocaust survivor to speak at Wahkiakum High School
Holocaust survivor Albert Weiner will be the focus of a special assembly tomorrow at Wahkiakum High School.
Weiner, 82, has written a book titled “From Name to Number” and will be speaking of his experiences at a concentration camp during the duration of World War II.
The assembly will be from 9:30-11 a.m. in the high school gym, and the public is invited to attend. Officials ask that there be no photos taken during the assembly; there may be opportunity to do so at the end.
