Mule JV's win last three

The Wahkiakum Mule boys junior varsity basketball team closed its season last week with two wins to post an 18-1 record.
On February 3, the Mules beat Mossyrock 77-47. Brett Chaput scored 19 points and had 10 rebounds. Lars Blix scored 14, Peter Weiler 11, and Steven Doumit had 10. Weiler also had seven rebounds.
On February 6, the Mules lost 55-50 at Adna. Weiler had 10 points and eight rebounds; Cole Claussen scored nine points; Chaput had eight points and 13 rebounds, and Blix had eight points.
At Napvine on February 10, the Mules won 63-36. Weiler had 19 points; Blix had nine, and Chaput, Zach Pierce and Ryan Helms each had eight.
Coaching the JV's was Todd Souvenir.
