Mules split doubleheader

Last Thursday, the Wahkiakum Mule baseball team traveled to Adna and split a double header with the Pirates.
The Mules lost the first game 1-7. Travis Wegdahl got a hit, a stolen base and an RBI. Mason Mackey had two hits and two stolen bases. Cody Terpsma also had two hits.
The Mules won the second game 7-5. Zach Brown was at the mound all seven innings. He struck out 13, had two walks and allowed five hits. On offense he hit a double and got an RBI.
Gunnar Blix hit a double, a single and had two RBIs. Seth Doumit had a hit and brought in two runs.
The Mule baseball team is 2-4 in league and 3-4 overall.
