Blix places in regional meet

Wahkiakum High School sophomore athlete Gunnar Blix traveled to Poulsbo to compete in the Lil’ Norway Invitational track and field meet on Saturday at North Kitsap High School.
Blix placed second in the shot put with a throw of 45’6” and fourth in the discus with a throw of 125’9”. He earned 13 points, putting the Mules in 11th place out of 13 teams.
The Wahkiakum Mule track team travels to Napvine today (Thursday) to compete in Central League 2B meet.
