Mule volleyball team turns out the wins
The Wahkiakum Mule volleyball team won two matches and a tournament in the past week.
Mules beat Winlock 40-8; host Adna Friday
The highlights came early and often last Friday as the Wahkiakum Mules beat the visiting Adna Pirates 54-20 in Central League football.

Our first outing of the season came last Tuesday at the Naselle Jamboree. Unfortunately only two teams were able to make it, Naselle and Wahkiakum. In that regard, it was a very quick meet.

High school football starts Friday
The Wahkiakum Mules and other high school football teams start their seasons this Friday Night. The Mules will jump right into Central League play and host the Mossyrock Vikings.

Athletes medal in state track meet
Local athletes earned medals at the Class 2B State Track and Field Meet last week at Cheney. Medals go to the top eight placers in an event.
