Local artists reflect with "Water Stories"
Two local watercolor artists, Mitzi Christensen of Cathlamet and Gayle Kiser of Kelso, will install an exhibit of their work at the Redmen Hall in Skamokawa.
An opening reception is planned for noon to 3 p.m. on May 3 for the exhibit, entitled "Water Stories," which the two women describe as "a reflection of our lives spent on river and sea."
The collection will also feature Kiser's wheel thrown and hand-built pottery. She is a member of Broadway Gallery in Longview.
"Water Stories" will remain on exhibit until June 22.
For more information, call Redmen Hall at 360-795-3007 on Thursday or Friday afternoons.
