Election to wrap up
Wahkiakum County elections officers will count final ballots and certify the 2008 Primary Election on September 3.
Auditor and chief elections officer Diane Tischer on Tuesday said only three ballots have arrived in the mail since the second batch of ballots were counted August 20.
