The WahkiakumMule golf team avenged a recent loss to Willapa Valley with a 177 to 189 victory at home, Skyline Golf Course, last Thursday.

The Mules also beat Adna 207, Raymond, who played incomplete, and South Bend, incomplete, moving their intra-team season record to 19-4.

The Mules record against the Willapa Valley Vikings is 3-2, and they will play each other the last match of the season at Willapa Harbor GC. Zach Calvert shot a personal best and captured medalist honors with a 38 in the 24-man field. Austin Good, 41, finished second; Brady LaBerge shot 48, Elliot Haney 59, Tanner Bergseng 58 and Hsaun Wei Hsang 60.

On Monday, the Mules moved their intra-team season match record to 21-4, shooting 182 and beating Adna, 207, at North Beach 264 on Ocean Shores Golf Course.

Mule golfers finished first, second and third in the 16-man event with Austin Good's 42, Elliot Haney's 44 and Zach Calvert's 46 leading the way. Brady LaBerge shot 50, and Tanner Bergseng shot 70.

The Mules head to Lacey today(Thursday) for a match with Northwest Christian.
