It's the final count down until fair. The fair grounds are looking great thanks to the many volunteers who showed up to help out at the clean up day. A big thank you to all of you.

At this time next week the fair will be under way. So here is a quick reminder that entries start coming in on Sunday, August 10, the granges will get their booths put together. On Monday, August 11, Open class Adult/Youth and 4-H start entering. Enter all still life exhibits except Baking, Gardening and Floral which is entered on Tuesday, August 12. Wednesday has all animal exhibits coming in. If you need more information please call the office and we will be happy to assist you.

If you have been to the fairgrounds in the last few days you probably noticed the face lifts on the stage and T-Building. They are looking awesome thanks to Ken Gomes and his workers and the County Commissioners for allowing this to happen.

As you know the Fair Royalty has been busy out selling Fair Passes, Fair Raffle Tickets, and they have been busy doing their own fundraisers. Several of the Princesses have their own Raffles going on so make sure you get your raffle tickets. The Royalty contest ends on Monday August 11. The girls can choose to keep selling raffle tickets and season passes until the 13th. So make sure you purchase your tickets by the 11th to help your favorite princess become queen.
