Back to School clinic offers vaccinations

Back to School Vaccine Clinics have been scheduled by the Cowlitz Family Health Center at four of its locations.
The clinics are open to all families, whether they are existing patients or not. Each clinic will provide standard, age appropriate vaccines for each child, in order to bring their immunizations up to date and give them a healthy start for the new school year.
A Back to School Vaccine Clinic has been scheduled at the Wahkiakum Clinic on October 1 from 3-6 p.m. The Wahkiakum Clinic is located at 335 Una Avenue in Cathlamet and can be reached at 795-3201.
Parents must bring their child’s medical insurance information to the clinic. Cowlitz Family Health Center cannot accept Kaiser health care coverage at this time.
