WDFW hunter education classes set to begin

All first time hunters born after January 1, 1972 must complete the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife hunter education course in order to purchase a hunting license.

The course will be held at the Cathlamet Fire Hall, 255 2nd St., in the DeBriae Room.

Classes will be held on Saturday, April 25 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Tuesday and Wednesday, April 28 and 29 from 6-8 p.m. The final class, including testing, will be held on Saturday, May 2 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Participants must register for the classes by going to the web site http://my.register-ed.com and following instructions.
