The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

On October 17 from 2-4 p.m., WSU Master Gardeners will host a free program for kids (K-9). Youth will participate in hands on activities that include helping small animals prepare for winter, harvesting produce and preparing a garden for winter.

The class will be held in the Natural Resource Building at the Cowlitz County Fairgrounds in Longview and is sponsored by Washington State University Extension Master Gardeners.
