The Oscar B went back into service at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, one hour after being inspected by the US Coast Guard, according to Chuck Beyer, Wahkiakum County Public Works Director.
The final part arrived on Thursday and was installed by a Wahkiakum County employee.
