Fish preservation workshop offered

Learn the basics of preserving fish on February 17 at the Grays River Grange. The free workshop begins at 10 a.m. and will give participants the opportunity to pressure can salmon and prepare a dish using Columbia River canned salmon.

Carrie Backman and Carol Ervest, WSU Food Safety Information Assistants will teach the class through a grant provided by the Wahkiakum Marine Resources Committee.
