The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

The Wahkiakum Lions Club has announced their Student of the Month for September, 2015. Joey Moore, pictured with his father Joel Moore and Chuck Parker, acting President of the Wahkiakum Lions Club, served as ASB President and played for Wahkiakum High School's football, basketball and baseball teams. He plans to attend Washington State University in Pullman after graduating and will pursue a degree in sports medicine. Because of Moore's busy schedule the Lions Club was unable to honor him until their March meeting. Courtesy photo.
