To the Editor:

Regarding the upcoming local election, I propose that we the voters be presented with a detailed job description and the salary attached to each position so we can evaluate the past effectiveness of incumbents (performance review), monitor the job performance of newly-elected officials, and validate the remuneration attached to each position.
