The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

Ralph and Jean Kenner are celebrating 70 years of marriage. They were married on Puget Island on Oct. 6, 1946 at the little church on N. Welcome Slough.

They have three childen, Sandra Contreras in Calif., Susan & Kerry Brown on Puget Island and Reid Kenner in Portland. Their children invite well-wishers to celebrate with them, at an open house on Oct. 15 at 1:00 p.m., at the Norse Hall on Puget Island. Cake, coffee and tea will be served. No gifts, but cards are welcome.
