SR 4 center line danger is lurking

To The Eagle:
Center line rumble safety strip, Longview to US 101, makes for many small water reservoirs during/after moisture falling. Each reservoir will puddle, creating spray from a passing vehicle, endangering vehicle passed. Plus, these puddles will freeze over and the center line will be like an ice skating rink. Even though the driving surface may be dry, there will be multiple single vehicle incidents due to the ‘rumble’ black icing.
Yes, rumble stripping will alert an inattentive driver moving over the center line into oncoming traffic. Please, use extra awareness when driving SR 4 in freezing weather. My opinion from driving the length of SR 4 (Longview to US 101) twice this past two weeks.
