The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

The heavy, wet snow started Sunday morning and just kept coming. It felled trees, knocked out power (Wahkiakum PUD's crew turned out for an 23-hour day), and caused two slides that closed SR 4 near Stella and Skamokawa.
