Can we believe the weatherman? Are we going to get a drying out period? Cross our fingers for at least a bit of respite from the muddy fields and driveways this weekend.

News from Naselle:

On Sunday, why not drop by the Naselle Lutheran Church at 308 Old Knappton Road for the annual salad luncheon. Suggested donation of $7 entitles you to many delicious goodies at the fete. In addition you can purchase hand made crafts and quilts, delicious baked goods and, to get your garden going, plants. The event runs 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the proceeds go to support missions.

Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. presented by the Naselle Drama Club, will be performed in the Naselle Commons on April 28 and April 29 at 7 p.m., April 30 at 2 p.m., May 5 and 6 at 7 p.m. and ending with a Sunday matinee on May 7 at 2 p.m.

These performances are the result of many, many hours of hard work by everyone involved, from the actors, the stage crews and the instructors. Bring the family and enjoy at least one of the shows and let the Naselle Drama Club know we appreciate all their efforts.
