Grant writing workshop offered

 


The Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Council of Governments (CWCOG) Economic Development Program will host an event focused on using census data to strengthen grant proposals. This valuable event will be held on Thursday - August 3, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., at the Cowlitz County Event Center located at 1900 7th Ave SW, Longview.

Workshop participants will learn where to locate census demographics on census.gov and how to use this information to build an effective case for project funding. Major topics will include how to search and use current and relevant data, presenting data in a grant proposal, and much more.
