Kayla Bowcutt is the Wahkiakum Lions Club October Student of The Month. She is a hard working student involved in Before School Leadership, she is a Volleyball Manager, she wants to attend LCC and transfer to WSU Vancouver and become an elementary school teacher and hopes to come back here.
