Winter sports practices at Wahkiakum High School are underway. Coach Frankie Mendez (standing in photo at the right) works with three high school students and 10 middle school students at wrestling practice on Monday. The middle school team already has three matches under their belt, but the Mules' first match is December 2 at Mark Morris.
