HELP WANTED
THE WAHKIAKUM COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE is accepting applications for both Lateral and Entry-Level Deputy in order to establish a certified list through civil service. Entry level must pass a physical agility test, written test, and background check. Applications, job description, qualifications, salary and benefits can be found at the Sheriff's Office or on web site. Lateral deputys need to fill out application and complete an oral board for ranking and will have to pass a background check. Testing is scheduled for January 29, 2021: https://www.co.wahkiakum.wa.us/DocumentCenter/Index/30. Preference points for veterans and reserve deputies. There will be a $30.00 testing fee due at time of testing.
