    To The Eagle: Two writers, letters to the editor dated July1, 2010, two opposite views. The first letter titled "Fear of change will isolate Wahkiakum County." It discusses "Lack of vision and openness to new ideas." To me and probably to most Wahkiakum County residents this seems like an insult. We must appear to be dumb and stupid for wanting to live in Wahkiakum County. I'm also in disagreement about "What makes a healthy community."     Judith (Judy) Ann (Poelvoorde) Peek, 66, died July 3, 2010 in Bensalem, PA. She was born to Peter and Barbara Poelvoorde March 23, 1944. She enlisted in the U. S. Navy in January 1963 and served until July 1963. She married Donald Peek of Cathlamet on May 17, 1963 in Marion, Ariz. and was a Navy Wife for 23 years.
