Prince Jacob Hammond, a junior at Wahkiakum High School, is raising money for the county fair as one of two members of the 2017 royal court. He will be selling fair passes, baked goods and raffle tickets at the Cathlamet Wooden and Classic Boat Festival on Saturday at the Elochoman Slough Marina.
