After volunteering as a youth coach and serving as a junior varsity coach for several years, Todd Souvenir stepped into the role of head coach for the Wahkiakum Mules basketball team in 2013. The 80-page draft was prepared under contract with the Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Council of Governments. It replaces a previous plan approved back in 2002. On Friday, high school and middle school students in the Wahkiakum Mecha Mules Robotics Club qualified for the SeaPerch International Underwater Robotics Competition, which takes place in Maryland in May.
