NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Joint Special Meeting of the Wahkiakum County Commissioners, Pacific County Commissioners, Clatsop County Commissioners and the Columbia County Commissioners will be held commencing at 10:30 a.m., Friday, February 24, 2012 in the Guy Boyington Building, 857 Commercial Street, Astoria, Oregon.
