Notice is hereby given that Oregon Health Science University, Who is applicant of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development/Conditional Use Permit for the development of a research buoy. Located at River Mile 26 of the Columbia River; 175 yards off shore of Elliott Point, in Rosburg, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Columbia River and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is April 12, 2012.

Written comments must be received by May 11, 2012.
