High school seniors ready to graduate

Wahkiakum and Naselle/Grays River Valley high schools will soon hold their graduation ceremonies for the seniors of 2012.

Wahkiakum's commencement ceremony will be June 8, 7 p.m., a half hour earlier than the traditional time, in the high school gymnasium.

Valedictorian is Ashley Silva, and salutatorian is James Turner.

Naselle/Grays River will hold its graduation ceremony June 9 at 4 p.m. in the school's Lyle Patterson Gymnasium.

Valedictorian is Alana Darcher.

Next week's Eagle will carry photos of the graduating seniors.
