NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Public Meetings will be held in conjunction with the processing, tabulation, canvassing and certification of election returns for the General Election to be held on November 6, 2012 in Wahkiakum County, Washington. The times, dates, location and purpose of each meeting are listed below:

Oct 16th Logic & Accuracy Test of

2:00 pm Voting System

Nov 1st & Nov 6th Processing of Ballots &

9:00 am-4:00 pm Training for Observers

Nov 6th Training for Observers &

1:00 pm Tabulation of Ballots

Nov 27th Canvass of Special & Challenged

2:00 pm Ballots and Certification of
