NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Joint Special Meeting of the Wahkiakum County Commissioners, Pacific County Commissioners, Clatsop County Commissioners and the Columbia County Commissioners will be held commencing at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 17, 2013 in the Guy Boyington Building, 857 Commercial Street, Astoria, Oregon.
