NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Public Meetings will be held in conjunction with the processing, tabulation, canvassing and certification of election returns for the General Election to be held on November 5, 2013 in Wahkiakum County, Washington. The times, dates, location and purpose of each meeting are listed below:

Sept 20th-Nov 26th Daily Processing of Ballots

8:00am-4:00pm

Oct 28th Logic & Accuracy Test

10:00am of Voting System

Oct 31st & Nov 5th Processing of Ballots &

9:00am-4:00pm Training for Observers

Nov 5th Training for Observers &

1:00pm Tabulation of Ballots

Nov 26th Canvass of Special & Challenged

12:00pm ballots and Certification of Elections
