The Free Friday Night movie this week is a rated PG movie that we had scheduled previously and were unable to get the disc. So this week we will have our own copy and after showing the film, it will also be available to check out at the Grays River Valley Library. Synopsis: While on a grand world tour, our characters find themselves wrapped into a European jewel –heist caper headed by a Kermit the Frog look-alike and his dastardly sidekick. Join us for a fun evening and goodies from the concession stand.

On Sunday, the Grays River Valley Center at Johnson Park will hold their first pie social fundraiser from noon until 5 p.m. in the cafeteria. Bring the family for a delicious piece of pie or purchase a whole pie to take home. Proceeds will be used at the center for operating costs.

If you would like to donate a pie or two, please call Linda Ramsay at 465-2731 or me at 465-2960. All donations would be appreciated.

Local vegetables, herbs and fruits are available at the Farmer’s Market in Grays River at the Grays River Grange on Tuesdays, from 2-6 p.m., located on SR 4 West.
