Bryce Good lines up a putt in Wahkiakum Mule golf action last week.
Wahkiakum Mule golfers hosted a meet April 16 at Skyline Golf Course. Senior Elliot Haney hit seven out of nine fairways but had trouble capitalizing those good tee shots and shot 46 to claim medalist honors by 7 strokes. Freshman Bryce Good tied for third. After shooting 42 his last match at Skyline Golf Course, he came in with a frustrated score of 61. Bryce is a fast player and the slow pace of play seemed to effect his rhythm. The Mules traveled to Raymond on Monday to play the Willapa Harbor teams of Raymond, South Bend and Willapa Valley.
