Powerful Tools Workshops, sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging and Disabilities of Southwest Washington, will be held Tuesdays, March 29 through May 3 from 1-3:30 p.m.

These workshops will help family caregivers learn to take care of themselves while caring for a loved one.

Due to limited space, registration is required.

The workshops will be held at the Area Agency on Aging and Disabilities office, 1338 Commerce Ave., Suite 309, Longview.
