Construction labor program to be held

A Construction Craft Laborer Apprenticeship Program through the WorkSource organization will be held in the near future.
To learn more, attend an information session on August 3, 10 a.m., at the Wahkiakum Community Center, 101 Main St.
Participants must be 18 years of age, have a 10th grade education and a valid drivers license.
Work as part of a team that builds highways, water mains, treatment plants, light-rail systems, stadiums, airports, bridges, tunnels, factories and stores.
Persons hired will receive full benefits including medical, dental and pension with a beginning pay rate of $17.69 per hour.
