Student athletes from Naselle and Wahkiakum high schools start winter sports competition next week. Above, Mule Coach Todd Souvenir, right, with ball, goes over defense with the Mule boys, who host the Naselle Comets on December 1. The Lady Mules head to the R.A. Long Jamboree on Monday. The Naselle Comettes travel to Willapa Valley on Tuesday and to Pe Ell on Thursday. Mule wrestlers start their season December 3 at Mark Morris (boys) and Yelm (girls).
