February 15, 2018

The Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Council of Governments (CWCOG) as the Longview-Kelso-Rainier Metropolitan Planning Organization and lead agency for the Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Planning Organization invites the public to participate in a Transportation User Survey. Everyone who lives in Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific or Wahkiakum counties or Rainier, Ore., is strongly encouraged to participate. The survey results will be used to understand current and future transportation needs throughout the region and will be incorporated in an updated Regional Transportation Plan.

The Transportation User Survey may be accessed online through the CECOG Home Page (www.cwcog.org), or accessed directly by visiting http://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RTPUserSurvey. The survey will be available online until March 16. Upon request, the survey is available on paper or in other languages. Questions may be directed to Robert Stevens at CWCOG by regular mail at 207 4th Avenue North, Admin Annex, Kelso, WA 98626; via email to rstevens@cwcog.org; or by FAX at (360) 214-3425.

Those needing special accommodations to participate in this process should call 360-577-3041 by 5 p.m., March 2. Ask for the ADA Coordinator. For TDD users, call the state’s toll-free relay service, (800) 833-6388 and ask the operator to dial 360-956-7575.
