I have a message for the person who pepper sprayed my dog on East Sunny Sands Road last week: I just want you to know that not only did you traumatize my 13 pound, 12 inch tall dog, but you also traumatized my 5-year-old great grand-daughter when she got transfer in her eyes and nose. If you are not aware that pepper spray is oil based and transferable, then you should not use it.
