June 3 — 8:23 a.m. A driver was cited for speed. 10:40 a.m. An alarm was activated at a Rosedale home. A deputy investigated and found everything secure. 11:13 a.m. A driver was cited for speed. 2:59 p.m. A driver was cited for speed. 3:28 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided an individual in Cathlamet who was complaining of chest pain and dizziness. The Grays River Fire Department also responded. 3:33 p.m. An individual was taken into custody on a warrant in the Elochoman Valley. 5:58 pm. A caller reported an erratic driver on SR 4 just west of County Line Park.

June 5 — 12:10 p.m. Child abuse was reported at a Wahkiakum County home. 12:46 p.m. The District 4 Fire Department and the PUD responded to a brush fire after a transformer blew in the Rosedale area. 3:08 p.m. A driver was cited for driving with a suspended license. 9:57 p.m. The Grays River ambulance aided a Grays River resident with respiratory issues.

June 6 — 10:31 a.m. A student at a Cathlamet school was suspected of being under the influence of drugs. 12:31 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided a Cathlamet resident who had fallen. 1:58 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded when a caller reported that a child had almost drowned in the Skamokawa area. 4:47 p.m. An individual reported that a child had been sexually assaulted. 5:59 p.m. A person working on the Puget Island bridge reported that an individual had been taunting workers and running over cones. A deputy made contact with the driver’s parent. 11:59 p.m. A caller reported that an adult was making contact with juveniles online in an attempt to solicit sex.

June 7 — 5:56 a.m. An alarm was activated at a Puget Island home. It turned out to be a false alarm. 3:45 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided a Cathlamet resident with respiratory issues. 4:52 p.m. A caller reported that a neighbor’s pit bull kept coming on to his property in the Rosedale area. 5:55 p.m. A caller reported a possible drunk driver heading west on SR 4 near County Line Park. A deputy responded and performed a field sobriety test.

June 8 — 9:39 a.m. The Grays River ambulance aided a Grays River resident who had fallen earlier and was now complaining about hip and leg pain. 9:56 a.m. The Grays River ambulance aided a Rosburg resident who had a bleeding problem. 11:00 a.m. An Elochoman Valley resident reported an unknown vehicle in his driveway.

June 9 — 5:18 a.m. A caller reported that a boat was stuck on a sand bar near the Deep River boat launch. The Coast Guard was notified, but the four on board were advised they would probably have to wait for the tide. 5:44 a.m. The Grays River Fire Department responded when a tree fell on to power lines in the Rosburg area. The PUD was notified. 1:01 p.m. A caller reported that trucks and boat trailers were blocking a Deep River road. 2:35 p.m. A driver was cited for speed. 4:01 p.m. A driver was cited for an expired registration. 4:25 p.m. A caller reported that a U-Haul had been abandoned on private property in the Elochoman Valley. 5:54 p.m. An alarm was activated at an Elochoman Valley address. A deputy responded.

June 10 — 4:56 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance aided an individual in Skamokawa who may have broken an ankle. 6:19 a.m. An alarm was activated at an Elochoman Valley address. It turned out to be a sewer alarm. The county road department was notified.
